Project Overview
FinnBarr Construction was awarded a water storage tank in Bungendore, NSW by Gongues Constructions.
This substantial project was completed over a four week period with a team of five. By working closely with the Project Manager, FinnBarr Construction delivered on time and on budget with excellent quality results, using Peri Formwork.
Scope for the project included the following:
The tank consisted of a 400mm thick base slab with a 150mm kicker and centre bulb and 3.6m high walls.
With a 12m diameter this was all poured without z bars to reduce cracking in the concrete and improve the waterproofing of the structure.
